Kids Lifestyle Brand Famyo Secures ₹4 Crore Funding to Reimagine Everyday Essentials

Bengaluru-based kids lifestyle brand Famyo has raised ₹4 crore in seed funding in a round led by IAN Angel Fund, with participation from The Chennai Angels, Stoffer Norden, and notable individual investors including Shivali Vij, Deepank Kumar, Pratik Mathurkar, and Uday Sodhi.

Founded by Karishma Seetharaman and Ritvik Raj, Famyo is on a mission to transform how parents and children experience everyday essentials. The brand takes common items like blankets, towels, pouches, and school gear, and reimagines them into collectible, character-driven experiences using original designs and playful themes.

Blending Creativity, Safety, and Fun

Famyo’s current product portfolio includes glow-in-the-dark blankets, poncho towels, and themed accessories that appeal to kids while meeting the safety and quality standards parents expect. Each item is thoughtfully designed to spark imagination, encourage emotional connection, and deliver premium utility—making it more than just a product, but an experience.

The brand has already reported an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of over ₹12 crore, with a remarkable quarter-on-quarter growth rate of 40%. This performance underscores how the Famyo kids lifestyle brand has successfully tapped into a growing market where creativity, collectibility, and safety converge.

Scaling Up with Strategic Backing

With the newly raised ₹4 crore, Famyo plans to scale operations fourfold over the next 12–24 months. Key priorities include:

  • Expanding its intellectual property (IP) collection with new characters and themes

  • Launching seasonal, collectible-led product drops

  • Forging strategic collaborations with like-minded brands and creators

  • Enhancing its D2C and omnichannel presence to reach more families across India

This strategic funding round not only brings capital but also industry expertise and investor confidence—fueling Famyo’s journey to become a household name in kids lifestyle products.
